Austin and Kayla first met at Cinco de Mayo in Moncks Corner, SC.

It all started with a late-night drive down some random dirt roads. No big plans — just two people in a Chevy, talking, laughing, and listening to music as we wandered down endless miles of backroads.

While stargazing and counting airplanes at the pond, Austin asked Kayla to be his girlfriend. She said yes — and the rest is our favorite story.

A day at Frankie’s Fun Park — competitive chaos, mini golf swings, arcade games and two little boys who take winning very seriously.

The crew grew by two in the most unexpected way. They found Tucker wandering down a dirt road and instantly knew it was meant to be. Just a few days later, somehow ended up bottle-feeding a tiny kitten—Oliver—and the rest is history. Now we have six little (some not so little) babies to love endlessly.

Their first Christmas together!!

On their first anniversary, they built a stuffed animal together at Build-A-Bear Workshop — a sweet, spontaneous moment that has become their yearly tradition. Each one marks another year of their story.

Their first weekend getaway as a couple was to Myrtle Beach, where they wandered a winery, explored the aquarium, sampled way too many candy shops, and spent a lot of time talking, laughing and of course shopping their way through Broadway at the Beach. It was the perfect start to many adventures to come.

A quick trip to Greenville with Olivia for a weekend packed full of zoo adventures, heated showdowns at Dave & Buster's (axe throwing included!), art galleries and exploring downtown.

Kayla’s last shoulder replacement was very challenging but Austin stayed by her side through it all. Even though she kept pushing him away just to get upset when he left. First big couple test? Nailed it!

On the couple’s second anniversary, not only did they build and Build-a-Bear they got each other promise rings.

A night at “The Joe” with Corey and the boys became an unforgettable memory. Austin’s first Riverdogs game, complete with a win, pretzels and boiled peanuts.

Life happened. Love grew.

Their first Cain concert together, surrounded by faith, music, and some of the most amazing church family. An unforgettable memory for sure.

Kreepy Hollow with Uncle Kenny, Corey, and the boys—Eli had a blast, and Levi faced his fears and came out smiling in the end (despite Uncle Kenny’s best efforts).

A fun night at the rodeo with some of the Harristown crew. Tons of fun, great memories and lots of laughs. Austin even bought Kayla and Shae their own cowgirl hats.

Attended Emma & Paul's Wedding. Each other's forever wedding date!!

A day at the fair filled with fair food (Kayla’s favorite), a Joe Nichols concert, and an ongoing debate about pickles on pizza.

A learning day for Kayla, a teaching day for Austin, and a surprise discovery that Kayla is a left handed shooter despite being right hand dominant.

One of the countless mini golf date nights. In case you haven’t caught on… Kayla loves mini golf.

Kayla said YES!! After a delicious dinner at Longhorns Austin proposed with a special ring he designed himself (with the help of Olivia of course) and they even caught it on camera. Ask about the video, it’s guaranteed to make you laugh.

Still falling, still laughing, still choosing each other.

Little adventure to Columbia to take Levi & Eli to their first ever concert where they saw their favorite band Cain. After a 4 hour round trip, they got home at 3am just to have to turn around and wake up at 6am for work the next day. Totally worth it for the memories and smiles.

Road Trip to Florida for a Forrest Frank concert (Kayla’s favorite Christian artist—so this trip was basically mandatory with Corey. Between a little too much shopping and their first-ever Korean hot pot experience, they confirmed two things: great music and good food make some of the best memories.

Kayla finally let Austin into her world at Camp Happy Days. One week with wildly competitive, endlessly energetic and unforgettable kids later, he completely understood the magic, the mission, and why Kayla’s heart lives there

One of their favorite activities is laying in bed and watching movies.

Levi & Eli stepped onto the baseball field for the first time. After months of practices, games, dirt, and snacks, Levi found his groove (after some one-on-one coaching), and Eli claimed his role as catcher—mostly to play in the dirt. He made up for it with solid hits… even if he occasionally forgot to run. Watching the boys grow has been Kayla & Austin’s favorite season yet, and they can’t wait to see what next year brings.

And somehow, after all the moments big and small, they ended up right here—ready to say “I do” and start their favorite chapter yet.
